The Diversity Database gives our clients a higher degree of control in the recruitment process, providing them with direct access to highly qualified candidates from diverse backgrounds and their respective CVs.

The Diversity Database contains highly relevant women, LGBT, PwD, BAME (Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic) and Indigenous/Aboriginal candidates. Masked searching helps ensure there is no subjective element nor are the biases coming in the way of finding the best candidate.

How it works?

Hand-picked, highly qualified diverse candidates are available here for search. Their identities are masked and kept strictly confidential.


Clients log in with their LinkedIn profile and are able to submit “expression of interest” for any candidate they wish to engage with. The database is designed for a tailored search, allowing clients to filter candidates by industry, skill set, experience, key words and geographies.


Our candidates are then promptly notified of the interest shown by the client and, if the candidate is eager to engage, we will connect the client to the candidate.
