In the third phase, we provide our client’s with predictive analytics based on in-built data intelligence technology to make informed decisions about the candidates’ trajectory in the organisation as well as their loyalty likely performance parameters. Our analytics are also able to provide a map of competitors and their comparative Diversity & Inclusion progress.
